Welcome to the LFM Mentor Program. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service of use, which together with our privacy policy and earnings disclaimer govern the LFM Mentor Program's relationship with you in relation to this website. The term 'LFM Mentor Program' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website. The term 'you' refers to the user, member, or viewer of our website. If you do NOT agree with any part of our terms of service then please do not use our website. 
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Content found on this website including images, graphics, script, text content, is copyright of the LFM Mentor Program and/or their respective owners and may NOT be used or redistributed. The use of promotional material found in the members area may be used to promote the LFM Mentor Program ONLY. This website contains links to other websites. This does not signify that we endorse those website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s). Although we take every precaution to prevent any websites to be shown that contains any offensive, or illegal material, the user acknowledges that any content found on our servers and in emails may not be controlled by us and we can not be held accountable for it. 

1.2) LINKING/PROMOTING
You may create a link to the LFM Mentor Program from another website or document without the LFM Mentor Program's prior written consent. However, you can not promote the LFM Mentor Program through any unsolicited emailing or any other method thought to be SPAM. Any member caught promoting the LFM Mentor Program by any method thought to be Spam will have their account removed. As a member of the LFM Mentor Program, you are provided with a referral link that you may use to voluntarily refer other people to the LFM Mentor Program. You acknowledge that you are acting independently and in no way are you to be considered as an employee of the LFM Mentor Program. 

1.3) MEMBERSHIP
When you register an account you also agree to receive emails from us. An unsubscribe link is provided in every newsletter that you can click to stop receiving the newsletter. 
As a member of the LFM Mentor Program you agree to keep your personal information up to date and accurate at all times. This includes but is not limited to your primary contact email. 
You agree to have only 1 account. (1 account per IP). Attempts to access and use this site behind a proxy is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension. 
We reserve the right to, ban, delete or refuse a members account due to any abuse, cheating or any other action found to be inappropriate or damaging to our business. 

1.4) AGE REQUIREMENT
By registering with the LFM Mentor Program you agree that you are at least 18 years of age. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure they are complying with local laws and the LFM Mentor Program is hereby removed from any liability resulting from an individual gaining membership against such laws. 

1.5) ADVERTISING GUIDELINES
You agree that any advertisements you submit to the LFM Mentor Program abides by the advertising guidelines outline on their respective pages in the members area. Due to the ever changing nature of the internet, advertising guidelines are updated frequently and it is your responsibility as an advertiser to read the advertising guidelines often to check for changes. If you do not agree with our advertising guidelines please do not advertise here. Failing to comply with our advertising guidelines will result account suspension. 

1.6) AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, the LFM Mentor Program takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being unavailable for any span of time due to any and all issues that may occur. 

1.7) REFUNDS
No Refunds! ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Know what it is you buy before you buy it!

Your use of any information or services on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, advertisements or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our services. 

1.9) CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Service without any prior notice. If changes are made, members will be notified via their registered email. In the event of any changes made and you continue to use our services after the event of changes to this agreement you are agreeing to comply and be bound by these Terms of Service.
